work schedule: 8 hours/day (mon-fri)
location: 100% remote
core responsibilities:
- monitor network, application, and infrastructure alerts.
- follow sops for incident response (e.g., site outages, service restarts).
- manage incidents and tickets via servicenow.
- provide customer-facing support via email, phone, and slack.
- participate in a rotating alert system and collaborate closely with team members.
technical requirements:
- strong troubleshooting skills in hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem).
- linux proficiency (log navigation, basic commands, zipping files).
- networking knowledge: ping tests, router access, cisco firewalls.
- familiarity with cloud platforms (gcp preferred, aws acceptable).
