should be willing to learn and have enough experience to do configuration with a config workbook if they know at least 2 of the 4 modules.

experience configuring, documentation of the solution/design, testing, troubleshooting issues related to the above modules.

1 full implementation exp is mandatory

should be able to configure modules like payroll, talent, core hr, etc., with the given configuration workbook independently.
