fusion hcm techno-functional consultant job description:
we are looking for a minimum of 3 years experienced oracle fusion hcm techno-functional consultant with excellent communication & expertise in hcm modules such as core hr, absence management, payroll, talent management modules, recruitment cloud, time & labor, health & safety and hr help desk (at least 3 modules working experience is mandatory).
skills & qualifications:
- minimum 3+ years of experience as oracle hcm techno-functional consultant with expertise in hcm modules such as core hr, absence management, payroll, talent management modules, time & labor, health & safety and hr help desk (at least 3 modules working experience is mandatory).
- hands-on experience working on fusion & exposure to ebs.
- should have expertise in oracle hcm cloud tools such as hcm extracts, hdl, hsdl, bi publisher, otbi, application security, workflows, fast formula, page customizations & extensions.
- expertise in writing/debugging oracle hcm absence, compensation, payroll hcm extracts fast formula
- possess strong experience in oracle fusion hcm cloud
- excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
