what you'll be doing (a.k.a. your playground)
- run full-funnel paid campaigns across meta (fb/ig) and google (search, display, youtube, pmax) like a boss
- build smart customer journeys - from scroll-stoppers to checkout
- own and crush your kpis: roas, cpa, ctr, cac, ltv - the full alphabet game
- work closely with the creative & content team to generate thumb-stopping ad creatives
- test, tweak, scale - a/b testing is second nature to you
- weekly & monthly performance deep dives to keep our campaigns optimized and efficient
- keep a pulse on platform updates, audience behavior, and growth hacks
what we're looking for
- 3-5 years of hands-on paid marketing experience in a d2c/ecom setup
- must be fluent in meta business manager, google ads, ga4, and gtm
- proven experience scaling campaigns with real results to show
- you love dashboards, but you also understand brand vibes
- data-nerd meets creative storyteller = our dream fit
- bonus if you've worked in a fast-paced startup or digital-first brand
