this role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to deliver high-quality training in english to an international audience.

key responsibilities

• deliver professional training: teach industry-relevant content on plc (siemens, allen bradley, etc.), scada, hmi, and automation systems to students and working professionals.
• r&d and program development: write plc programs from scratch and engage in cutting-edge research on emerging automation technologies.
• update and restructure training modules aligned with the latest trends and standards in industrial automation.
• technology integration: incorporate industry 4.0, ai, iiot, and vr technologies into training for a next-gen learning experience.
• global collaboration: coordinate with uk and international teams to ensure high-quality training delivery across borders.

key requirements

technical expertise

• solid experience in plc programming (siemens s7, tia portal, allen bradley studio 5000, etc.)
• in-depth knowledge of scada/hmi systems across platforms.
• familiarity with control systems, iiot, and industrial instrumentation.

training & communication skills

• strong english communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in industrial automation
• willingness to travel for international onsite training programs when required.
