responsibilities:

• design and build help systems, including context-sensitive help, tooltips, inline documentation, and onboarding flows
• select and implement tools for documentation, interactive guides, and video tutorials.
• author online help, guides, and user-embedded assistance
• produce video tutorials, infographics, training materials for onboarding and user education
• develop and maintain comprehensive documentation such as user guides, api docs, knowledge bases, and faqs
• automate and streamline documentation workflows
• create engaging articles that simplify complex cybersecurity topics, as required
• other responsibilities such as the role and company context might demand

qualifications:

• experience in b2b products, especially in cybersecurity, a huge plus
• certifications are not necessary and will not be considered
• academic qualifications are not a constraint for exceptional candidates

• a love for writing and illustration, and a passion for delighting users
• learning complex concepts quickly and hitting the ground running
• willingness to learn, high on coachability, and execute in an extremely fast paced environment with extreme ownership
• ability to work in fast-paced environments with a high tolerance for ambiguity
• obsessive attention to detail and a well-rounded personality - willingness to leave behind biases and come in with an open mind
