about the role:
we're looking for a senior product manager to lead the development of our next-generation coding assessment modules for early-career and experienced hiring. you will lead end-to-end product strategy, from ideation to delivery, for core technical assessment experiences across multiple languages, frameworks, and roles.
key responsibilities:
- define and lead the product vision and roadmap for coding assessments (e.g., front-end, back-end, full-stack, sql, devops).
- collaborate with engineering, ux, content, and data science teams to build scalable and reliable assessment experiences.
- conduct deep market and user research to identify product gaps and emerging trends.
- own product kpis like assessment completion rate, candidate satisfaction, and enterprise adoption.
- partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to define gtm and drive product adoption.
- prioritize features and tech investments using data, impact, and business value.
required skills & experience:
- 5-8 years of product management experience in b2b saas or developer platforms.
- strong understanding of technical hiring, programming languages, and workflows.
- exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- hands-on with product discovery, agile delivery, and metrics-driven prioritization.
nice to have:
- experience building assessment or developer tools, coding platforms, or hr tech products(optional).
- prior coding experience or cs background.
- familiarity with ats integrations and hr workflows.
