about the role
socialpilot is on the lookout for an experienced product manager who's passionate about building meaningful saas products in the martech space - products that customers genuinely love. you'll join a collaborative team of creative problem solvers, working alongside ux/ui designers, engineers, marketers, and customer success teams to drive product innovation.
what you'll do
- conduct in-depth market, competitive, and user research to guide product strategy
- collaborate with ux/ui teams to create intuitive, user-centric product experiences
- partner with engineering to translate product ideas into seamless, high-performing capabilities
- work with marketing to strategize and execute go-to-market and feature adoption plans
- author clear, detailed product briefs and specs that align with business and user goals
- define success metrics, run experiments, and use analytics to iterate and improve
what we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in product management at a saas company
- proven success in building and scaling at least one product or multiple impactful features
- experience conducting user interviews and turning insights into actionable plans
- strong understanding of modern ui/ux principles - experience with figma is a big plus
- excellent communication and spec-writing skills - you clearly define the what, why, and how
- technical fluency to effectively partner with engineering teams
- solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative, and data-driven environment
