we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven product manager to join our team and lead the development and optimization of our saas platform. the ideal candidate has a strong background in saas product management, understands user needs deeply, and can work cross-functionally to drive product innovation and growth.
key responsibilities
- define and execute the product roadmap for our saas platform aligned with company goals.
- gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders, customers, and market research.
- create clear product specs, user stories, and wireframes to guide development.
- work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver product features on time and with high quality.
- analyze product usage metrics and customer feedback to inform decisions and iterate on the product.
- act as the voice of the customer to ensure the product delivers real value.
- monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to keep the product ahead of the market.
- define success metrics and drive product performance using data.
requirements
- bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; mba is a plus.
- 10 years of experience as a product manager in a saas environment.
- proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful saas product lifecycle.
- strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., jira, confluence).
- excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- comfortable with data analysis tools (e.g., mixpanel, amplitude, sql).
- technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a strong plus.
preferred qualifications
- experience with b2b saas platforms or enterprise software.
- familiarity with apis, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.
- strong ux/ui instincts and experience working with design teamse
