role overview
we're looking for a hands-on ai product manager to lead development across our portfolio of ai-powered products. you'll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to deliver impactful features, continuously refine the product, and ensure we ship high-quality releases. if you're someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and takes full ownership, we'd love to talk.
key responsibilities
- define and ship new features across our gen ai and computer vision product portfolio
- improve existing features based on product metrics, customer feedback, and internal qa
- track and optimize product performance and user experience using clearly defined metrics
- create clear functional specifications and ui mockups for engineering and design teams
- collaborate with engineering to plan and execute on feature delivery timelines
- work directly with customers to gather feedback, run pilots, and refine product capabilities
- actively participate in qa cycles and drive high-quality product releases
- communicate product vision and priorities across stakeholders
- use ai tools in your workflow to boost productivity, ideation, and delivery
what we're looking for
- 6-8 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years managing ai-powered products
- proven experience in shipping features with cross-functional engineering, qa, and design teams
- you understand how the code works-even if you don't write it anymore
- prior hands-on coding experience is preferred (python, cloud, or ai tooling)
- strong customer orientation-you're energized by conversations that help improve the product
- experience working on enterprise-grade platforms or b2b saas products
- comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning it into a clear product roadmap
- excellent planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills
- bias for action and accountability in driving outcomes
- open to travel for on-site customer visits and deployment reviews
- passion for ai and an "ai-first" mindset in how you work and build
