key responsibilities:- design and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems for a modern healthcare platform.
- develop robust, high-performance restful apis and microservices.
- build and maintain distributed systems with high availability and fault tolerance.
- write clean, testable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- collaborate with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams in a fast-paced agile environment.
- stay current with emerging backend technologies and cloud-native architectures.
required qualifications:- 3 to 5 years of hands-on backend development experience.
- be/b.tech in computer science or related discipline (mandatory).
- proficient in python.
- solid understanding of sql/nosql databases and message brokers like kafka.
- experience working on cloud platforms such as aws, gcp, or azure.
- strong knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization (docker), and ci/cd pipelines.
- excellent debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
