about the role

we're seeking a motivated quality analyst to join our growing team. you will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure high-quality delivery of new features and integrations for our api and data platforms. this role involves managing requirements, validating features, supporting uat, and ensuring a smooth product experience.

key responsibilities

• analyze and define product requirements from business needs
• document user stories, specs, and workflows
• manage uat and validate product features in jira
• collaborate with engineering during development and testing
• support partner integrations with erp, crm, and hr platforms
• track and manage feature and defect backlogs
• support agile teams and participate in daily stand-ups

requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a quality analyst or related role
• b.tech with relevant technical exposure
• strong knowledge of sdlc, testing methodologies, and tools like jira & git
• exposure to ui automation testing (selenium preferred)
• understanding of erp, crm, and hr systems (e.g., salesforce, sap, workday)
• strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• experience with agile project management
