react native engineer - founding team member
we're looking for a passionate react native engineer to join our fast-growing startup as a core member of the engineering team. if you're excited by the idea of building impactful mobile experiences from the ground up - and want to move fast, own features, and see your work shipped in real time - this role is for you.
what you'll do
- build and scale high-quality mobile applications using react native.
- ship apps to the app store and google play store, with full ownership from development to deployment.
- collaborate directly with design, product, and leadership to shape the mobile roadmap and user experience.
- dive into native ios (swift) when needed to bridge the gap between native and cross-platform capabilities.
- help define and implement mobile ui/ux best practices in a fast-paced environment.
- contribute clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that sets the standard for future team members.
- debug, solve problems, and iterate quickly - no red tape, just results.
what we're looking for
- 5-8 years of overall software development experience, with 3+ years in react native.
- hands-on experience launching apps on both ios and android.
- solid understanding of swift and native ios development.
- strong grasp of mobile design principles, user-centric thinking, and performance optimization.
- proficiency in git, rest apis, and modern javascript (es6+).
