about the role:
we're looking for a high-performing regional sales manager to lead net-new client acquisition and drive revenue growth across north india. you'll be responsible for winning new logos, closing large-scale it infrastructure deals, and ensuring a smooth transition from acquisition to delivery-with a sharp focus on profitability, client satisfaction, and execution excellence.
key responsibilities:
new logo acquisition & pipeline management
post-sales transition & revenue realization
who you are:
15-18+ years in it sales with minimum 8 years in client acquisition roles.
strong exposure to large outsourcing or it infrastructure service deals.
proven track record in closing multi-crore contracts and growing new accounts.
confident negotiator with the ability to lead strategic conversations.
high accountability, self-driven, and structured in approach.
comfortable working across internal and client stakeholders (sales, pre-sales, delivery, cxo level).
willingness to travel as needed.
experience of managing a team of account managers
success metrics:
net-new revenue growth & order book contribution
number of new logos won (value & volume)
margin delivery on "as-sold" basis
lead conversion & win rates
accuracy in revenue & margin forecasting
client satisfaction (csat)
