about the role:

we are looking for a results-driven salesforce account manager with a successful track record of sourcing and qualifying high-quality leads within the salesforce services domain. the ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of salesforce offerings, including sales cloud, service cloud, and marketing cloud, and should be well-versed in b2b lead generation strategies targeting decision-makers across global markets.


key responsibilities:

  • generate qualified leads and opportunities for salesforce consulting, implementation, and support services.
  • identify key decision-makers through outbound outreach strategies such as cold emails, linkedin networking, and lead databases.
  • conduct research to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective salesforce clients.
  • work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to pass qualified leads for proposal and deal closure.
  • use crm tools to track interactions, set appointments, and report on lead conversion metrics.
  • collaborate with marketing to align outreach with campaigns and messaging.


requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation specifically for salesforce services (sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud).
  • demonstrated success in generating warm leads through outbound campaigns and digital outreach.
  • strong understanding of the salesforce ecosystem and typical client pain points.
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders.
  • experience working with tools like linkedin sales navigator, apollo, zoominfo, and crm platforms like salesforce.


preferred:

  • background in it services or salesforce partner firms.
  • familiarity with salesforce partner network and appexchange listings.
  • ability to qualify leads using bant/champ frameworks or similar.
