we are seeking an experience abap lead to join our sap development team. the successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of sap abap/btp/cpi-based solutions to meet business requirements. the abap lead will be responsible for leading a team of abap developers, mentoring, and guiding them to ensure high-quality deliverables.

key responsibilities:

• lead the design, development and implementation of sap abap/btp/cpi based solutions.
• mentor and guide a team of abap/fiori developers.
• ensure high quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
• troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• develop and maintain technical documentation
• stay up to date with latest abap technologies and trends

requirements:

• total 8+ years of experience in abap development.
• minimum 3+ years of experience in leading abap development teams
• candidate must have worked on 1-2 sap implementation projects
• strong expertise in abap programming, including module-pool, ooabap, abap workbench, and ricefw objects
• experience with sap s/4 hana, sap fiori, and sap cloud platform
• very good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• abilities to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

qualifications:

• education: b.e it or similar computer engineering graduate, or related field.
• experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in sap abap lead role.
