job location: hyderabad / mumbai / delhi / chennai (remote)

work experience: 7 to 10 years (including 8+ years of relevant sap crm sales & service experience)

shift: remote - night shift

availability: immediate joiners preferred

job description:

we are seeking experienced professionals for sap crm consultant roles, with preference for candidates who are available to join immediately. the ideal candidate should have strong consulting and configuration skills in sap crm, particularly in sales and service modules, and must have worked on at least two end-to-end implementation projects.

key responsibilities:

• configuration and implementation of sap crm sales and service modules
• integration with ecc, focusing on sd - order to cash processes
• strong hands-on experience with:
• one order object
• ibase
• web ui configuration
• business roles
• service orders & contracts
• complaint management
• resource planning
• collaborate with senior management and client stakeholders effectively
• experience with user exits, bapi, badi, and wricef objects

key skills:

• sap crm sales & service
• web ui configuration
• middleware
• sd - order to cash
• integration with ecc

eligibility criteria:

• graduate in b.e. / b.tech / mca or equivalent
• mba is an added advantage
• industry experience in: apparel, retail, trading, automobile, rental
