e-procurement manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, and leading project activities to achieve objectives within a specified period of time.project management requires skills in organizing, budgeting, staffing, monitoring, and communicating.

enhance existing processes and tools and implement new ones.

there are two important competences required:

1. sap mm - experience with the sap material management module, i.e. purchase orders, purchase requests, goods receipt notes, etc.
2. sap ariba - some touchpoints with the sap ariba system, either as an administrator or at least as an end user

we require sap mm and ariba technical expertise combined with project and process management capabilities. the candidate must be able to define and implement the process and tools in ariba and sap mm for procurement team to use.

• gather, plan and lead implementations of an enhancement ideas

• work with stakeholders to understand the needs and set up goals • establish milestones and resources necessary to achieve project objectives

• coordinate and communicate all steps of the project

• support and manage all involved parties on each step of the project

• manage testing activities

• cooperating with business, procurement teams, atos it and ariba on the ongoing projects

• be a procurement representative in in global projects lead by other teams

• conduct independent search of upgrade opportunities

• manage e-procurement tooling & efficiency sharepoint

• maintain guides for admins and requestors regarding myatos application (catalogues, guided buying, ariba buying, myatos apps)

• train users regarding system usage (guided buying, ariba network)

• implement changes in the system

• work on system issues

• deal with escalation

• support admin team (gb, zp) in daily responsibilities (changes, issues, processes)
