job description:

lead the sap s/4hana transformation and oversee operations for all retail-related sap modules (e.g., retail, mm, sd, fms, car, fi/co).

align sap initiatives with business goals across merchandising, pricing, pos, inventory, warehousing, and customer engagement.

guide and mentor a team of sap consultants, developers, and analysts to ensure delivery excellence.

manage sap projects including greenfield implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.

collaborate with cross-functional retail teams to gather requirements and deploy scalable sap solutions.

ensure high availability and performance of sap hana systems and integrations with crm, ecommerce, and wms platforms.

drive digital retail innovation through sap technologies including fiori, car (customer activity repository), and analytics cloud.

maintain vendor relationships and oversee sla compliance with sap and implementation partners.

ensure system compliance with retail audit, security, and data protection standards.
