- knowledge of cutover planning and data validation processes.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
roles & responsibilities:
- developing and implementing comprehensive migration strategies for different scenarios (e.g., ecc to s4, s4 to s4).
- conducting data scoping and mapping workshops to align with business and migration teams.
- establishing data quality criteria and overseeing data cleansing to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- coordinating data validation activities with business users and partners.
- leveraging sap data services or similar tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- managing data migration projects, including planning, execution, and status reporting.
- working with cross-functional teams, including it and business stakeholders.
- strong understanding of sap s/4hana architecture, data models, and migration processes.
- identifying and resolving issues and risks during the data migration process.
- maintaining comprehensive documentation of data migration processes.
