about the role:
we are looking for a highly experienced aws consultant & trainer with over 15 years of industry experience in cloud consulting, architecture, and technical training. this role is pivotal in delivering expert-led workshops, guiding enterprises through aws adoption, and enabling customer success across migration, modernization, and ai/ml initiatives.
key responsibilities-
- lead and deliver aws workshops across topics such as migration, modernization, cost optimization, devops, security, and ai/ml.
- consult customers on cloud adoption strategy, well-architected framework reviews, and architecture design sessions.
- create and deliver customized enablement content, including hands-on labs, technical deep dives, and executive briefings.
- collaborate with aws and customer technical teams to accelerate project readiness and solution deployment.
- maintain deep expertise in aws services and stay current with latest innovations, tools, and best practices.
- contribute to reusable ip, accelerators, and internal knowledge repositories.
- participate in pre-sales conversations, povs, and strategic planning with clients.
required qualifications-
- 15+ years of experience in it, with a strong background in cloud architecture and consulting.
- 8+ years of hands-on aws experience across compute, networking, storage, serverless, and ai/ml.
- proven track record of conducting technical workshops or enterprise training sessions for customers or internal teams.
- strong knowledge of aws well-architected framework, landing zones, security best practices, and cost optimization.
- familiarity with aws-native devops tools (codepipeline, cloudformation, cdk, etc.).
- excellent presentation and communication skills; able to lead conversations with both technical and executive audiences.
- aws certifications (minimum: aws solutions architect
- professional or advanced networking / security specialty). preferred qualifications
- prior experience as a trainer or educator with aws training partners or si firms.
- experience delivering public cloud transformation programs for large enterprises.
- strong understanding of multi-account strategy, control tower, and governance at scale.
- experience working with terraform, ansible, or iac frameworks alongside aws tooling.
- exposure to industry verticals such as finance, telecom, or healthcare preferred.
