are you a strategic thinker with hands-on sales experience and a passion for driving business growth? we're looking for a senior business development executive to join our fast-growing digital agency.
what you'll do:
- lead sales closing with high-ticket clients across multiple industries
- create compelling proposals and client pitches that convert
- set and manage monthly/quarterly sales targets
- design and refine internal sops to streamline operations
- launch and manage presence on multiple sales platforms (upwork, linkedin, email outreach, etc.)
- identify new partnership and white-label opportunities
- handle end-to-end project coordination post-deal closure
- run and optimize email marketing campaigns & crm flows
- conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and post-sale nurturing
- build opportunities via social media outreach & lead mining
what we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in b2b sales or business development
- strong understanding of sales pipelines, crm tools & outreach strategies
- exceptional written and verbal communication
- proactive attitude with a results-driven mindset
- ability to manage multiple clients, platforms, and internal coordination
- experience in digital agency or it service sales preferred
