in this role, you will:

️ own and scale a full business unit end-to-end

️ manage p&l and drive top-line revenue growth

️ oversee and coordinate with sales, marketing, and execution teams to ensure seamless product delivery

️ lead strategy, operations, and performance with full autonomy

️ align business goals with company-wide targets and deliver outcomes

we're looking for someone who:

has 7-12 years of experience in business, operations, or divisional leadership

has led cross-functional teams and delivered measurable results

operates with a founder's mindset - strategic, accountable, and driven

thrives in high-ownership, high-impact roles

comes from a marketing, digital, saas, or agency background (preferred but not mandatory)
