amazon & e-commerce account manager full-time noida
we are looking for an experienced amazon & e-commerce account manager with at least 2 years of expertise in managing amazon seller central, product listings, and account health. the ideal candidate should be well-versed in amazon policies, listing optimisation, and account compliance.
location: sector-6, noida, u.p.

salary: 2.50l - 6.00l (based on skills)
key responsibilities: amazon & flipkart account management
- oversee daily operations on amazon, flipkart, myntra, shopify, and other marketplaces.
- ensure compliance with amazon account health metrics such as order defect rate (odr), late shipment rate, and return rate.
- address policy violations, listing suppressions, and reinstatement appeals.
product listing & optimisation
- create, manage, and optimise product listings (manual & bulk uploads via excel/flat files).
- develop seo-optimised product descriptions, bullet points, and backend search terms.
- implement a+ content, brand store, and keyword strategies to enhance product visibility.
- ensure accurate catalogue management, including product variations, specifications, and grouping.
advertising & promotions (amazon ppc & flipkart ads)
- plan, execute, and optimise sponsored ads (ppc) campaigns to improve sales and reduce acos.
- implement and manage lightning deals, coupons, and promotional offers.
- analyse advertising reports and performance data to improve marketing strategies.
sales growth & inventory management
- coordinate with warehouse and suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts.
- develop and execute strategies for new product launches and sales growth.
- generate and analyse sales reports, ad performance reports, and inventory insights.
compliance & policy adherence
- stay updated with amazon policies and marketplace regulations to ensure full compliance.
- address brand infringement issues, counterfeit monitoring, and unauthorised seller activity.
- manage a-to-z claims, customer disputes, and case resolutions with amazon support.
collaboration & coordination
- work closely with category managers of e-commerce platforms to drive business growth.
- execute promotional and advertising activities within established timelines.
- conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
requirements & qualifications
- minimum 2+ years of experience in amazon seller central and flipkart seller hub.
- expertise in amazon listing guidelines, templates, and policies.
- proficiency in excel, flat files, and data analytics tools.
- experience in amazon advertising (ppc), flipkart ads, and promotional campaigns.
- strong understanding of account health monitoring, compliance, and reinstatement procedures.
- entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
- education: graduate (minimum 65% in academics preferred).
