  • ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure, such modules can be ported in the region, in line with local norms.
  • align local and global guidelines internally & externally
  • facilitate regular hr audits to detect any compliance or contractual breaches and encourage continuous improvements
  • work closely with offshore locations to drive performance management and employee satisfaction.
  • internal processes to be developed for appropriate sourcing, testing and recruitment methodology to benefit internal selection process and chain of overall employee growth.
  • manages employee relations within the organization by adhering to legal statutes, resolving issues and smooth co-ordination between hr and other functions
  • liaison with external vendor for various surveys & other related activities.
  • creation and implementation of hr policies and procedures to evolve the culture of the organization and ensure high levels of satisfaction in the organization to reduce attrition.
  • strong understanding of technological applications and systems to drive transformation projects.

qualification & skills required:

  • postgraduate in hr, preferably from a reputed institute with 15-17 years of experience
  • exposure in bpo environment would be an added advantage
  • 12-15 years in experience in managerial staff, training and managing large number of employees e.g., software, customer support /call center operations.
  • should have worked in an organization with a high degree of customer interaction and delivery orientation (internal as well as external).
  • good analytical skills, and problem solving skills
  • ability to work with multicultural environment and teams.
  • ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
