key responsibilities

• architect and develop robust react native applications for ios and android

platforms tailored to healthcare needs.

• lead a team of developers to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions aligned

with the company's goals.

• collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers,

to deliver seamless user experiences.

• implement and manage advanced state management solutions using redux/redux

saga or other tools.

• conduct regular code reviews, mentor team members, and establish best coding and

performance optimisation practices.

• integrate third-party apis, libraries, and tools like firebase, google maps sdk, and

payment gateways.

• optimise applications for speed and scalability, leveraging tools like crashlytics and

sentry for monitoring and debugging.

qualifications

• education: bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• experience: 5+ years in mobile app development, with at least 3 years specialising in

react native.

• strong proficiency in javascript, react native, and redux.

• proven experience deploying apps to the google play store and apple app store.

• expertise in ci/cd pipelines, git workflows, and agile development methodologies.

• excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

preferred skills

• familiarity with healthcare application standards and compliance.

• experience with performance monitoring and a/b testing tools like new relic or

optimizely.

• knowledge of serverless architecture and cloud services like aws or firebase.
