5+ years of experience working within an in-house research team or relevant work experience ba degree in a relevant discipline experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods experience writing reports and internal communications excellent communication and analytical skills proven ability to work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team experience with agile process and delivery models a rigorous approach to documentation and organization tools: pendo, user testing, hotjar, figjam, user zoom, jira, chatgpt, perplexity, helpscout, google workspace, quicksight, miro, figjam, dovetail, maze
