- must have design portfolio links on resume or application.
- 5-8 years of working experience as a ux/ui designer.
- proficiency with figma (a must!), sketch, adobe cc and axure.
- strong, effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- experience working with data visualizations, data concepts, business intelligence and/or ad tech.
- experience writing user research scripts, conducting user research and testing, analysing and presenting the results.
- experience working with development and engineering teams in an agile environment.
- a proven ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
additional skills
- knowledge of best practices for digital user accessibility
- knowledge of css, html, responsive design, other front-end technologies also a plus
- intellectual curiosity and drive; self-starters will thrive in this position.
a formal education in interaction design, graphic design, user experience, or related field
