job responsibilities
digital strategy development:
- develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- identify and target key audiences to maximize brand exposure.
content marketing:
- create and oversee content marketing plans, including blog posts, social media content, videos, and email campaigns.
- ensure content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for seo.
search engine optimization (seo):
- manage and improve all company website seo performance.
- monitor keyword rankings and implement on-page and off-page seo techniques.
paid advertising:
- plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (google ads, social media ads, etc.).
- monitor ad spend and roi, making adjustments as needed.
social media management:
- develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms.
- engage with the audience, respond to comments, and manage online communities.
email marketing:
- create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage existing customers, and drive conversions.
- develop cold email outreach strategies to generate leads, expand the customer base, and initiate meaningful business relationships.
- monitor email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
analytics and reporting:
- utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
- provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

job requirements
- proven experience as seo manager, sem manager or similar role
- knowledge of standard and current seo practices
- knowledge of html/css
- experience with smm / ppc & paid advertising
- familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. conductor, screaming frog, moz) and web analytics tools (e.g. google analytics, webtrends)
