we are looking for a dynamic and creative social media manager with 2+ years of experience to take ownership of our social media strategies, campaigns, and content. you will be responsible for enhancing brand presence, increasing engagement, and driving audience growth across platforms.
key responsibilities:
- develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- create, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms like instagram, facebook, linkedin, x (twitter), and youtube
- monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize posts and campaigns
- manage social media calendars and collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams
- respond to comments, messages, and engage with the community
- track trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices
- run paid social campaigns when required
requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in managing social media platforms
- strong knowledge of social media tools (e.g., meta business suite, hootsuite, buffer)
- excellent written and visual communication skills
- experience in content creation, campaign management, and performance reporting
- ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
