- data analytics & insights: develop hr dashboards using tools like power bi or tableau to track workforce trends, attrition rates, and employee satisfaction.
- data-driven decision making: utilize hr analytics tools to track performance metrics and optimize hr strategies.
- process automation: streamline hr workflows using ai-driven automation for recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- employee experience enhancement: utilize digital tools to improve engagement, feedback mechanisms, and personalized employee journeys.
- compliance & risk management: ensure hr processes align with labor laws and data privacy regulations.
- change management & training: drive digital transformation initiatives, training hr teams and employees on new technologies.
technical expertise:
- hands-on experience with hrms platforms, hr analytics tools, and automation software (people strong, oracle, darwin box etc).
