  • hr technology implementation: lead the deployment of hrms platforms ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
  • data analytics & insights: develop hr dashboards using tools like power bi or tableau to track workforce trends, attrition rates, and employee satisfaction.
  • data-driven decision making: utilize hr analytics tools to track performance metrics and optimize hr strategies.
  • process automation: streamline hr workflows using ai-driven automation for recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • employee experience enhancement: utilize digital tools to improve engagement, feedback mechanisms, and personalized employee journeys.
  • compliance & risk management: ensure hr processes align with labor laws and data privacy regulations.
  • change management & training: drive digital transformation initiatives, training hr teams and employees on new technologies.


technical expertise:

  • hands-on experience with hrms platforms, hr analytics tools, and automation software (people strong, oracle, darwin box etc).
  • strategic thinking: ability to align hr digitization with business goals.
  • data-driven decision making: strong analytical skills to interpret hr data and drive actionable insights.
  • stakeholder management: experience collaborating with leadership teams and external vendors.
  • project management: ability to lead hr tech projects from conception to execution.
