• consulting experience for sap hcm / payroll areas is a must. excellent communication skills
• at least 3 full lifecycle implementation experience.
• understanding of payroll integration with third parties like workday and adp
• experienced in requirement gathering and conducting workshops
• experience of sap payroll in africa region (including south africa) is desirable
• experienced in configuration, workbook management, role based permission, integration field mapping and creating test case scenarios and testing.
• sf troubleshooting skills and conversant with sap support model and process. handled sap successfactors quarterly release management updates.
