about the role
we are seeking adobe target experts to join a dynamic digital marketing technology team. you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing adobe target-based personalization solutions across web and mobile platforms. this is a remote opportunity for skilled professionals who are self-driven, tech-savvy, and customer-focused.
️ key responsibilities
- lead or support adobe target implementations using adobe launch, web sdk, or js-based deployments
- develop and optimize a/b and multivariate tests across platforms
- collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, ui/ux, backend) to enhance website personalization
- integrate target using server-side sdks (java/.net) and target apis
- perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide performance optimization
- conduct cross-browser testing, chrome profiling, and performance audits (lighthouse, etc.)
- contribute to ui/ux evaluation, web analytics, and mobile sdk deployment
required skills & qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with adobe target (sr. consultant: 4+ years)
- total experience: 5-6 years (consultant) 7-9 years (sr. consultant)
- hands-on with javascript, jquery, ajax, html/css, apis
- familiarity with react/angular is a strong plus
- experience in dynamic content delivery, personalization, and web optimization
- knowledge of w3c compliance, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards
- adobe target certification is a plus
- strong communication and team leadership skills (for sr. consultant role)
