job overview:

you will be responsible for ensuring enhancement, development and support on microsoft dynamics business central.

key responsibilities:

• provide understanding and technical expertise in business central to business users.
• understand business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions in the business central environment.
• participate in project management and execution with internal teams / external partners as required.
• assist in documentation, training, and support to end-users.
• manage developmental roadmap and maintenance of add-ons/customizations.
• stay abreast of new features and functionalities that may benefit the business.
• assist with testing and quality assurance of version releases/updates.
• manage and prioritize the resolution of issues received from business users.
• develop/code whenever required

requirements:

• min 2 years of experience in navision / microsoft dynamics 365 business central.
• understanding of business processes across purchase, sales, warehousing, and finance.
• experience with json, and al/cal programming languages.
• good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
