a full-stack technical lead, who will be involved in development and implementation of a javascript based robust web component/framework/sdks and would be responsible for the technical delivery of the assigned project. in addition to this, he/she will be doing client interaction & will be assisting a team for technical implementation and improvement.

must have

• javascript expertise: deep understanding of javascript, including es6+ (ecmascript) features.

• framework proficiency: strong experience with one or multiple javascript based framework like

/react/vue.js.

• web components: knowledge of developing and integrating web components.

• typescript: experience with typescript for type-safe javascript development.

• ui/ux design principles: ability to implement and guide ui/ux best practices.

• performance optimization: skills in optimizing web applications for performance.

• team leadership: proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

• deployment process: expertise in deployment processes, including ci/cd pipelines.

• build and packaging: proficiency in build tools like webpack, rollup, or parcel.

• problem-solving: excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• communication: strong verbal and written communication skills. should be able to communicate

with customers and able to lead the discussion.
