collaborate closely with product managers and engineering leads to define scope, timelines, and success metrics.

lead agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.

proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.

track and optimize team performance using agile kpis like sprint velocity and project health metrics.

implement best practices in project management, documentation, and collaboration.

mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning and excellence.

8+ years of project management experience with at least 4 years in product-based start-ups or dynamic tech environments.

knowledge of javascript/typescript, with hands-on experience in react.js, node.js, and mongodb.

solid knowledge of restful apis, architecture, and asynchronous programming.

familiarity with cloud platforms, docker is a strong plus.

experience managing development in agile/scrum frameworks using tools like jira, confluence, or asana.

proficiency with git and ci/cd tools such as jenkins, github actions, or gitlab ci.

excellent problem-solving and system design skills, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

certifications like pmp, csm, or equivalent are a plus but not required.
