in this role, you will take ownership of organizing and maintaining modern, consistent documentation, ensuring it evolves in line with product updates and new features. strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile environment are essential for success.

key responsibilities:

• create and maintain platform documentation using docusaurus, delivering a seamless user experience.
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce guides, tutorials, api documentation, and diagrams.
• continuously update and improve documentation to reflect product enhancements and changes.
• advocate for user-centric content that simplifies complex technologies.
• manage and maintain workflows using version control systems like git.
• prioritize tasks effectively and align deliverables with agile development timelines.

qualifications:

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a technical writer in software, infrastructure, or devops domains.
• proficiency with docusaurus or similar static site generators.
• expertise in using version control systems such as git.
• demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and user-focused documentation.
• strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to learning.
