key responsibilities:
- create high-quality blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and web/social media content focused on it recruitment, hiring trends, and ai in hiring
- write compelling case studies, success stories, and client/vendor testimonials
- optimize content using seo best practices to drive organic traffic
- stay updated with tech & hiring trends to create insightful, data-driven content
- collaborate with internal teams to simplify technical topics for diverse audiences
- contribute to linkedin posts, carousels, and thought-leadership content
- support in planning and executing the content calendar
required skills & qualifications:
- proven experience in technical content writing (preferably in it, saas, or product-based domains)
- strong understanding of seo, keyword research, and content strategy
- experience with wordpress, google analytics, and ai writing tools (preferred)
- excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- self-motivated and deadline-driven
