responsibilities
- research, write, edit, and proofread a variety of content, including:
- blog posts, articles, and whitepapers
- case studies and website copy
- social media posts and marketing materials
- internal communications, including leadership emails and corporate announcements
- develop content strategies aligned with business goals and audience insights.
- translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content.
- collaborate with product managers, developers, presales, coe and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with business messaging.
- optimize content for seo and audience engagement.
- ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all content.
required skills & qualifications:
- proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the fintech industry.
- strong understanding of fintech solutions, including payments, digital banking, and financial infrastructure.
