• proficient with leading design software's like illustrator, xd, sketch, figma etc
• create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes for various platforms (mobile, web, desktop)
• must be well versed with user centric design methods and techniques
• experience in directly working with developers for accurate translation of design to product
• strong design and aesthetic skills
• knowledge of digital standards like html5 and css
• experience with front end development
• ability to lead and communicate with clarity across all stakeholder groups and with staff from various levels
• ability to meet deadlines without any compromise in quality
