job summary:

we are looking for a passionate and user-centered ux designer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our team. you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to craft intuitive, accessible, and delightful digital experiences. your work will directly impact how users interact with our products and services.

how you will make an impact:

• conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics.
• translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• collaborate with ui designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation.
• create and maintain user journey maps, personas, and information architecture.
• advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• iterate designs based on feedback from users, internal stakeholders, and testing.
• ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
• contribute to and help evolve our ux design standards and processes.

we are looking for people who:

• 3+ years of experience in ux design, preferably in a tech or product-based company.
• strong portfolio showcasing ux design process and problem-solving skills.
• proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as figma, sketch, adobe xd, or similar.
• good understanding of interaction design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
• ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly.
• experience working in agile environments is a plus.
