• experience in mongodb alert monitoring.
• attend hotline calls and provide support
• receive and acknowledge all automated alerts by creating tickets as required.
• monitor the overall health and environment of the databases.
• execute and monitor routine service health checks
• execution of scripted recovery scenarios during scheduled tests
• perform l1 related activities
