we are looking for a web developer with strong graphic design skills and a solid understanding of the us staffing industry. this unique hybrid role demands technical expertise in web development along with the creative ability to build visually appealing, high-performance recruitment portals and digital assets that support talent acquisition efforts across the us.
key responsibilities:
- design, develop, and maintain dynamic websites and landing pages tailored for staffing and recruitment campaigns.
- optimize websites for seo and performance with a focus on candidate experience and lead generation.
- integrate job boards, ats systems, and crm tools to streamline recruitment workflows.
- collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to design web content, banners, social media visuals, and campaign assets.
- ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- regularly analyse user behaviour, implement ui/ux improvements, and ensure ada compliance where required.
requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in web development and graphic design.
- proven experience supporting us staffing or recruitment firms with web and digital needs.
- proficiency in html5, css3, javascript, and web frameworks like react, vue, or angular.
- experience with cms platforms (e.g., wordpress, webflow) and design tools (e.g., adobe creative suite, figma).
- knowledge of seo, website analytics (google analytics, etc.), and lead generation strategies.
- familiarity with integrations involving ats platforms like bullhorn, jobdiva, or ceipal.
nice to have:
- understanding of u.s. labor market, job classifications, and recruitment cycle.
- exposure to digital campaign tools such as hubspot, mailchimp, or zoho.
- experience with ui/ux testing tools and a/b testing strategies.
