️ key responsibilities:

• develop custom wordpress websites from scratch and using themes like astra, elementor, etc.
• create responsive designs that work smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• build and customize woocommerce-based ecommerce stores including product setup, payment gateway integration, and cart functionality.
• customize themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• troubleshoot performance issues, debug errors, and maintain existing websites.
• work with elementor or similar builders for rapid layout design.
• collaborate with ui/ux designers and backend developers to bring dynamic designs to life.

required skills:

• solid understanding of wordpress core, themes, and plugin customization.
• experience with woocommerce and its extensions.
• strong knowledge of html, css, javascript, jquery, and php.
• experience with page builders like elementor, wpbakery, etc or similar.
• ability to create fully responsive and cross-browser compatible websites.
• familiarity with seo basics, performance optimization, and website security best practices.

good to have:

• knowledge of hosting panel setups, ssl installations, and website migration.
• basic experience with tools like figma or adobe xd to convert designs into functional websites.
• understanding of rest apis or integrating 3rd party tools.
