• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic v7 and above)
• Strong understanding of email marketing concepts and digital marketing terminology
• Hands-on experience with workflow configuration, targeting, and batch campaign execution
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and basic scripting for email creative development and edits
• Experience with email personalization, dynamic content, and template-based development
• Knowledge of email rendering standards and cross-client compatibility
• Familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) concepts
• Experience working with proofing, testing, and QA cycles before campaign deployment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment Strong communication skills for coordination with onshore/offshore teams and program managers

Key Responsibilities

• Modify and edit email creatives using HTML and CSS while adhering to brand standards
• Configure Adobe Campaign workflows and leverage pre-designed templates for batch campaigns
• Develop, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign instances
• Perform render checks, QA validation, and proof reviews to ensure high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with Adobe marketing teams, program managers, and offshore leads for campaign execution
• Conduct end-to-end testing of campaigns before final stakeholder approvals
• Identify, track, and proactively communicate delivery risks or issues
• Fix email rendering or standardization issues in collaboration with internal Adobe teams
• Support weekly batch campaign volumes and ensure SLA adherence
• Maintain documentation and follow standard operating procedures for campaign delivery

Role Overview

The Adobe Experience Enterprise Architect will play a strategic role within the MarTech Practice, responsible for shaping Adobe-based MarTech offerings, driving client solutioning, and building internal capabilities. This role blends architecture leadership, presales/RFP support, and practice enablement.

What You'll Be Doing:

MarTech Offering & Solution Development

• Define and evolve MarTech solution offerings centered around Adobe Experience Stack.

• Create reference architectures, solution blueprints, accelerators, and demo narratives.

• Develop use cases and case studies aligned to industry and client needs.

Presales & RFP Support

• Lead solutioning for RFPs/RFIs and client proposals.

• Conduct discovery workshops and define onboarding architectures.

• Collaborate with sales and SMEs to articulate value propositions.

Architecture & Client Engagement

• Design end-to-end MarTech architectures including CMS, CDP, Analytics, Personalization, and integrations.

• Ensure scalability, security, and performance best practices.

• Provide architectural oversight during onboarding and early delivery phases.

Practice Enablement & Capability Building

• Define best practices, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

• Mentor architects, consultants, and delivery teams.

• Build internal training and enablement material.

Your Expertise:

• 10+ years of Strong experience in MarTech, Digital Experience Platforms and Enterprise Architecture

• 5+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Stack experience.

• Designed 8-15+ enterprise Adobe solutions

• RFP & Presales experience with global clients

• Strong presales and client-facing architecture experience.
