Administrative Assistant -1st Shift

• schedule: 1st shift, monday-friday, 8am-4:30pm

requirements and qualifications:
1. position is on-site in plymouth, mn
2. high school graduate or equivalent
3. preference to have an associate degree or more in related field
4. +1 year of administrative experience
5. some experience in accounting
6. attentive to detail
7. awareness of fda requirements
8. proficient in the use of microsoft office suite, ax or other accounting software, database management and crm/erp systems
9. able to work independently and efficiently
10. professional verbal and written communication skills in english
11. must be able to lift 30 pounds
12. must be willing to learn new skills sets and other areas of the company
13. must be personable and friendly, honest, open to change, teamwork driven, flexible and take initiative
duties and responsibilities:
communications:
1. responsive to customers, employees, and vendors
2. efficiently answer telephone and respond to emails
3. fulfill customer orders and complete invoicing
database management:
1. update and maintain customer account data across erp systems
2. initiate, maintain and update service cases
3. work with and maintain vendor relations
4. process customer orders, shipping and receiving
5. maintain confidentiality of data and assets
office:
1. copy, scan, and file documents as needed
2. maintain office supplies, including shipping necessities
3. help with planning of office festivities - holidays, birthdays, other miscellaneous celebrations
4. assist team with office maintenance - caring for the space, assisting with cleanliness of shared spaces, purging outdated documents, and organizing
accounting:
1. review open receivables, review historical information, and assist with collections
2. appropriately follow up with customers, and staff, regarding payment of invoices and account status
3. process credit card payments
4. assist in audits as requested

1. represent the company and its brand professionally
2. contribute to culture of cooperation, respect, and positive interaction
