looking for a part time 20hrs a week sales expert with the possibility to increase to 30hrs a week after 90day introductory period.
duties:
- provide exceptional customer service to all customers throughout the sales process
- assist customers in identifying and selecting products that best meet their needs
- educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions
- manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale and post-purchase follow-up
- accurately process sales transactions and maintain detailed records
- ensure the sales floor is organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked
- consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

requirements:
- retail appliance sales specialist experience preferred
- at least 2 years of hands-on, full-cycle sales experience
- strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- familiarity with retail math and ability to perform basic calculations
- excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team setting
