our client has a need for an assistant building maintenance technician in mayfield heights. this is a multi unit senior living apartment complex.

shift/pay:

• mon-fri 7:00am - 3pm, with some ot and periodic on call hours
• $18-$20/hr
• this job is located in mayfield heights

responsibilities:

• general repairs

• preventative maintenance

• troubleshooting

• facility upkeep

• lighting and electrical

• completion of work orders

requirements:

• minimum of 2 years working with one employer

• must be a non-smoker

• minimum of 2 years building maintenance experience

• comfortable working with senior citizen population
