dykstra's auto, a full-service auto-repair shop serving the local and surrounding hudsonville communities, is looking for a solid automotive service advisor / service writer with a great attitude who takes pride in their work to deliver exceptional customer service to both our existing and our growing customers. in this role, you are expect to create a pleasant and memorable experience at every point of contact for the customer, while working with a great group of highly motivated and dedicated teammates.

earn: $19 - $24 hourly + overtime after 40 hours per week + sa monthly incentive plan

hours: m-f: 7:30am-5:30pm est

location: th ave, hudsonville, mi 49426

requirements:

• high school diploma or ged is required
• must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (mvr)
• willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty, transparency, and outstanding work.
• must have at least 1 or more years' service writer/advisor experience or other experience that closely matches the service advisor responsibilities.
• develops a great working relationship with the technicians that is founded on respect.
• strong customer service skills.
• must have 1 or more years' experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.

compensation details: 19-24 hourly wage
