d&r autoworks, a full-service auto repair shop serving the highland park community, is looking for a customer-focused, experienced service advisor with a great attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

location: 1454 old deerfield rd, highland park, il
pay: $19 - $23.50/hour + overtime + monthly incentive plan
hours: monday - friday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm (weekends off!)

what you'll do

• greet and assist customers with professionalism and care
• communicate repair recommendations clearly and honestly
• coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service
• build lasting customer relationships based on trust
• help drive shop performance through sales and service excellence

? what we're looking for

• 1+ year of experience as a service advisor or in a similar customer-facing role
• strong communication and sales skills
• a team player who builds respectful relationships with technicians
• committed to delivering an honest, transparent customer experience
• valid driver's license and clean mvr
• high school diploma or ged
